Do you provide hosting and domain name?
Do I need a registered firm to have my website online?
Not at all. Anybody can have his website online.
Is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) included in the package ?
Yes, we provide basic onpage SEO to our clients. We do basic keyword research for your business and offer you some free consultation and some suggestions on it. If your competition is low, then this much effort will help your website to rank in Google in 6 to 10 months of period. If you are looking at search engine traffic as your only marketing effort, then this is not enough to get you leads.
Can I have a chat feature on my website ?
Yes, you can have chat feature with an extra charge of Rs. 850/-
What will be the annual renewal charges ?
Annual renewal charges are Rs. 2880/- which includes domain name renewal and hosting renewal.
What if I want to change some content or update my website ?
Yes, we also provide website updating service at a cost of Rs. 500/- per update.
If I already have a domain, will I get any discount ?
Unfortunately, no discount will be offered if you already have a domain name. You can use your existing domain name or let us register it for you.
Am I allowed to send bulk emails from your mail accounts ?
There is a 500 outgoing email hourly limit per domain. If you send over this amount in any hour, most of the e-mails will bounce back with an undeliverable error. If this occurs, it will then take some time for your account to be able to send again so we recommend waiting at least 1 hour after this issue occurs to begin sending email again. Any time you're sending a message no matter how large your e-mail list is you must throttle it. We recommend you throttle it to at the very least sending 1 email every 8 seconds. (Sending 1 every 8 seconds would send 450 emails within 1 hour, keeping you below the 500 outgoing email limit.)
Do you accept adult websites ?
We do not provide service to any adult business like Escorts.
What if I want to move to another hosting service provider ? Would I be able to get control of my domain name ?
Yes, we will transfer the domain name to you after you pay Rs. 2000/- as a transfer fee.
